Incomplete residential development in the municipality of Peyia, in the district of Paphos. It is located 700 m southwest of the center of Peyia and 2.3 km east of the coastline. According to the Planning Permit the development was licensed for the construction of 11 maisonettes with shared pool and 19 detached villas with private pools. 8 maisonettes have been completed in addition to seven of the 19 houses. A total of 17 units are sold, all of which are completed with the exception of one house which has been sold April of 2017. A typical unit consists of an open plan living area with kitchen, an entrance hall and guest bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor consists of three or two bedrooms (master en-suite) and a bathroom. The immediate area consists of residential developments and empty plots of land. . The wider area includes the amenities offered by the center of Peyia, such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and gas stations.
