A unique development in a quiet residential area close to the centre of Geroskipou with all the amenities the village has to offer. On entering the villa from the private driveway you'll be greeted by a very spacious open plan living-dining room leading through to a separate kitchen with full family bathroom and a double bedroom completing the ground floor. The first floor boasts three double bedrooms including the master with dressing room and ensuite facilities and two of the bedrooms share the main bathroom that can be found. The whole villa is flooded with light by the full height windows throughout. The utility room on the first floor could be converted to a bathroom to make all these bedrooms ensuite if preferred. Internal stairs lead up to the roof, perfect for creating a roof garden also offering the opportunity to add a fifth bedroom on this level with lovely views and the enclosed gardens surrounding the property offer the option for a private pool if desired. An ideal investment as a permanent residence or holiday home with excellent rental potential. Geroskipou is a coastal town east of Paphos and is the second largest municipality in the District. This village has a number of characteristics namely its remarkable five-domed Byzantine church of Agia Paraskevi, a folk museum and large traditional square. The area is also known for the production of Cypriot Delight or Lokum as it’s known locally. There are plenty of shops, kiosks, restaurants and bars in this village as well as many areas of secluded coastline and is only a short drive from Paphos Town.
