This lovely development is set in a historic and character-filled area just outside Larnaca, in Kiti, offering a beautiful balance between open green surroundings and modern coastal living. The neighborhood is practical and self-sufficient, with everything you need close by — supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and a wide choice of restaurants. Families will appreciate the short distance to local schools and parks, while easy access to the highway makes traveling to nearby cities simple and convenient. Within just five minutes, you can be at peaceful, unspoiled beaches, and the international airport is only ten minutes away, making everyday life both relaxed and well connected.
The project consists of two thoughtfully designed residential buildings that blend naturally with the local landscape. Spread across three levels, they offer a total of 25 well-planned apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms. Built to high modern standards, the development holds a Class A energy efficiency rating, with quality thermal insulation on the external walls and roof to maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the year. The architecture combines glass, steel, wood, and concrete, creating bright interiors with open views and a contemporary feel.
Residents can enjoy a landscaped courtyard with a communal swimming pool, gym, sauna, and changing facilities — spaces designed to enhance everyday living. Each apartment includes a private parking space with provision for electric vehicle charging, a ground-floor storage room, and infrastructure for high-speed fiber-optic internet. Inside, finishes include thermal aluminum window frames with double glazing, a secure video intercom system, wall-hung toilets with concealed cisterns, and elegant granite kitchen countertops — small details that make a noticeable difference in comfort and quality.
