Living in Frenaros offers the perfect balance between quiet village life and modern convenience. You are just a short walk away from local shops, schools, and public transport, ensuring that your daily needs are met without the stress of city noise. The location is surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet you remain only a short drive from the stunning eastern coastline and its famous beaches. It is a spot designed for those who appreciate a slower pace of life but still want easy access to nearby towns and the airport for travel. This project consists of seven modern, detached villas designed with a focus on space and sustainability. Each home is built to an A-rated energy efficiency standard, featuring high ceilings and sound insulation to create a peaceful, private sanctuary. The structures are thoughtfully laid out over generous plots, offering plenty of outdoor room for gardens and personal leisure areas. Each villa is thoughtfully designed with two bathrooms on the upper floor and a guest WC on the ground floor, providing comfort and practicality for everyday family living. With completion scheduled for July 2028, these homes blend contemporary design with the traditional charm of their rural surroundings. Every villa comes with high-end specifications and the option to add a private pool or even a roof garden to enjoy the peaceful country views. The interiors boast granite countertops, luxury finishes, and double glazing, while the technical side is covered with solar water heaters and full thermal insulation. You will also find practical additions like a private garage, fitted wardrobes, and en-suite facilities. To ensure future comfort, the homes include full provisions for air conditioning and a central TV system, making the transition into your new space seamless and ready for modern living.
