The project is located in Agios Dometios, a prime residential area of Nicosia, close to Demokratias Street leading to the checkpoint, within a designated border area that qualifies for the Government Housing Scheme for Revitalization of Border Areas, supporting the acquisition of a primary residence. The area is modern and well-developed, offering easy access to key services and situated near the University of Nicosia, making it ideal for both private residence and investment purposes. This is a contemporary residential building currently under construction, with completion expected in June 2027. The development consists of 12 luxury apartments — 6 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units — all featuring spacious to large verandas. With only three apartments per floor, the design ensures privacy and comfort. The architecture is modern and functional, with emphasis on high construction quality and carefully designed common areas. The building holds Energy Efficiency Class A certification and is constructed with high-quality materials and modern building technologies, ensuring durability and reduced energy consumption. Each apartment includes provision for air conditioning, installation of solar panels/photovoltaic system, a private storage room, and a dedicated covered parking space. Additional parking spaces for disabled persons and visitors are also provided. Common areas feature automatic lighting, contributing to a safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient living environment.
